Built to create lifelong support our 3 month screw* careers program will provide you with the tools and confidence to take ownership of your professional journey.

  • Session One

    INTRO

    Get to know your cohort and Screw* Careers facilitator as you learn about the power of a Corkscrew Mind for careers.

  • Session Two

    EXAMINE

    Work with your peers in uncovering the real you. Examine your skills, work motivations, values and career goals.

  • Session Three

    EXPLORE

    Utilise your cohorts network and knowledge for deeper exploration into unknown industries, sectors and job roles.

  • Session Four

    EXPERIENCE

    Work with your cohort to design and implement career experiences that align with your individual professional plan.

  • Session Five

    EXECUTE

    Review the execution of your Experience implementation plan and identify any changes or adjustments that are required.

  • Session Six

    OUTRO

    We build it, you continue it. The final session will be a chance to reflect on your journey so far and prepare your next steps.

    This is a fully remote program with live facilitation. Sessions are run between 6pm and 8pm UK time. Sessions are once every two weeks with asynchronous support between sessions.
